The Terms and Conditions are a standard part of university and professional courses. Their sole purpose is to ensure that the know-how of the author and Uniwellsity s.r.o. is used ethically, professionally, and without risk of commercial misuse. These terms describe the rules for using the instructional and methodological materials of the Well-being Specialist Training course, which was created on the basis of the research and authorship of PhDr. Jana Kočí, Ph.D., and Uniwellsity s.r.o.

The course and all related materials (texts, presentations, workbooks, methodologies, exercises, and visual content) are original copyrighted works and are protected under Czech copyright law.

What the License Allows

After completing the course, you receive a time-limited five-year license that allows you to:

• teach using the BEwell methodology,

• use the instructional and work materials in your teaching,

• share the principles and activities with your students or colleagues.​

What the License Does Not Allow

To ensure that the BEwell methodology and brand remain high-quality and consistent, the license does not allow you to:

• alter or modify the original content, texts, exercises, or visuals,

• create your own courses, products, or projects based on the BEwell methodology for commercial purposes,

• use the course content for commercial or business purposes beyond the scope of teaching,

• publicly share the materials with individuals who are not your students or direct course participants.

 

Mandatory Source Attribution

Whenever you use the methodology, teach from it, or share materials, please always include the following citation:

“The BEwell – Well-being Specialist Training course is implemented according to the methodology of Uniwellsity s.r.o., based on the research and authorship of PhDr. Jana Kočí, Ph.D., author of Well-being and Success for University Students: Applying PERMA+4 (Routledge, 2023), and related materials published by Charles University.”

You may include this citation in presentations, syllabi, promotional materials, and on your institution’s website.

 

Validity Period and License Renewal

The license is valid for five years from the date of signing the license agreement.
After this period, it can be renewed for another five years through a simple written request.

If someone uses BEwell materials after the license has expired without renewing it, this constitutes unauthorized use of a protected work.

Ethics and Cooperation

BEwell is based on the values of trust, professionalism, and mutual respect.
Signing the license agreement does not entail any legal complications; it simply ensures that the methodology and instructional materials are used in accordance with their original purpose.

These terms protect the creative work, the BEwell brand, and all those who work with it.
