dear students, professors, and university employees,

I truly believe that the academic environment is one of the best spaces to throw ourselves into. many university campuses are among the most beautiful and inspiring places you can visit, full of wisdom and packed with extraordinary individuals who excel in various fields. together, we explore fascinating topics and push the boundaries of knowledge. some of the most incredible and influential people in my life have come from academia. it is a place filled with joy, intellectual energy, and the excitement for discovery.

however, the intense focus on studying, personal growth, and the pressure to achieve naturally comes with high levels of stress. like any environment that pushes us to grow, academia can easily lead to prolonged stress, leaving us trapped in a state of chronic fight, flight, or freeze. as educational institutions teach the skills of learning and achievement, they should equally emphasize life skills to maintain health and a high quality of life.

we specialize in workshops designed to bring you up-to-date with the latest science, help you self-assess your current state of well-being, and practice evidence-based activities to enhance it. I warmly invite you to participate in our workshop on building your well-being, a foundational session where you’ll gain clarity on what well-being truly means, how it applies to you, and actionable steps you can take to sustain a fulfilling life.

in addition, I encourage you to explore workshops that focus on specific areas of life. the new science of well-being (Seligman, 2011; Donaldson, 2019; Koci, 2023) identifies essential building blocks that contribute to a flourishing life. each of these areas forms the foundation of our specialized workshops, covering topics such as:

how it works

we tailor the content of our workshops to suit each specific group. whether you're a student, post-doc, lecturer, or part of academic management, we have workshops designed for everyone in academia. our sessions range from short 60- or 90-minute workshops to half-day (3-hour) or full-day (6-hour) programs. while we primarily use zoom, we’re happy to accommodate your preferred platform or to come to do the workshop in person! 

we offer personal, small-group workshops with just a few attendees, but we’re equally prepared to host sessions for dozens or even hundreds of participants. pricing varies based on the length and topic, ranging from $160 to $950. for more details, don’t hesitate to reach out—I can’t wait to connect with you!
