Our implementation model is designed to create the highest possible impact with the lowest possible burden on university staff. We provide the technology, content, communication, onboarding, support, reporting, training, evaluation, and strategic recommendations. In most cases, the university only needs a single contact person who helps coordinate communication and receives regular updates, reports, and recommendations. We manage student onboarding, course delivery, ongoing communication, support processes, and evaluation. Students enter the platform, engage with the experience, and we take care of the rest.
